What the pack contains

The entitlement unlocks the R3 droid plus translucent "crystalline" head cosmetics for the R4 and R5 variants and BR-1. EA lists the same pack for eligible Standard and Deluxe preorders. These are appearance options; the pack does not add a mission, early access, a new Specialization, or stronger combat statistics.

When the bonus becomes usable

Owning the entitlement does not make it visible at the first menu. EA's post-launch support guide says to complete the Smugglers' Manifest Operation in Cycle 5, finish any available Mission from the Holotable, then speak to M-3VO at the Den. EA estimates that many players reach this point after about one hour, though play style can change the timing.

Troubleshooting a missing entitlement

Confirm that the account bought or redeemed an eligible preorder before August 27, 2026, and that the same platform account is launching the game. Check the installed edition and any downloadable-content management screen, finish the unlock steps above, then restart the game after the platform finishes synchronizing licenses.

A Deluxe Edition upgrade purchased after launch grants Deluxe cosmetics, not the expired preorder offer. If the pack is still missing after the story unlock, use EA support with the order receipt and platform transaction ID. The editions comparison separates Standard, Deluxe, and preorder contents.
